Sculptor Viacheslav Ahlotkov – a Luhansk native, volunteer, and artist whose work is inextricably linked to the experience of war, forced displacement, and loss of his homeland. In 2014, Viacheslav, along with his wife Svitlana, left their native Luhansk. Today, the couple is actively involved in volunteer work, supporting those affected by the war. This life choice logically extends to the artist's work, which does not separate aesthetics from civic position. His metal sculptures are a sincere inner dialogue with the country, a kind of prayer for Ukrainian defenders, and a belief in Victory. Each work embodies dignity, pain, and strength.

The sculpture combines the image of the Trident – the national symbol of Ukraine – with the tree of life, growing through its form, creating a single, holistic image of strength and rebirth. The branching roots, transitioning into blooming branches, symbolize a deep connection with the land, history, and spiritual origins. The blooming elements embody hope, renewal, and the future.

At the base of the composition, a sacred inscription is carved:

"Truth is with us. And where there is truth, there is God. And where there is God, there is victory."

This text reinforces the ideological message of the work, giving it not only artistic but also spiritual and patriotic significance.
