Payment according to the issued invoice at any bank branch or via online banking (for individuals and legal entities).

Online Payment (Visa/Mastercard):

Fast and secure payment through a protected payment system on the website.

Payment upon receipt:

Option to pay after inspecting the item (subject to an advance payment covering transportation costs).

 

Delivery within Ukraine

We cooperate with leading logistics partners ("Nova Poshta") for delivery to any point in Ukraine.

Specialized packaging:

Each sculpture, painting, or icon undergoes multi-layer protective packaging using shock-absorbing materials and rigid boxes (flat-boxes), which guarantees integrity during transportation.

Delivery times:

Shipment is carried out within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

 

International Delivery

MICC operates according to global standards, delivering art beyond Ukraine:

We organize worldwide delivery through trusted services (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

 

Accompanying documentation:

We can prepare all necessary export permits (expert opinions) and customs clearance for objects of artistic value.

The cost of document processing and international delivery is calculated individually depending on the dimensions and destination country.

 

Guarantees and Returns

Each item is accompanied by a sales contract with a photo of the object on the day of receipt, referred to as the "Object Passport".

You have the right to inspect the item upon receipt.

According to the legislation of Ukraine, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days if it has not been used, retains its marketable appearance, and its packaging is intact.
